About Daniella Lipszyc - Head of Practice
Daniella Lipszyc, is a respected commercial and employment litigation solicitor, who also has extensive experience in personal injury law.
She specialises in financial irregularity claims, with particular focus on mis-sold payment protection insurance and pension policies, as well as unenforceable loan agreements and credit cards.
Daniella began her career in medical PR before qualifying as a solicitor. She has worked in both public and private sector, previously practicing at law firms Russell, Jones & Walker and Mendlesons
in Manchester as well as working at Manchester City Council and Lancashire County Council.
More Recently, Daniella has provided extensive advice to the claims management industry, drawing upon her expertise in consumer law.
In 2010, Daniella was a finalist in the "Business Woman of the Year" award.
